Points to Prove:

• Defendant unlawfully entered a building or structure.
• Intent to commit theft or a felony inside was present.
• Entry was without consent or legal justification.

Attempted Burglary (FELONY)

Principal - 7 months - $900

Description: Attempting to unlawfully enter a building to commit theft or another felony without completing the act.

Points to Prove:

• Defendant took steps toward unlawful entry.
• Intent to commit a felony was present.
• Entry was incomplete or unsuccessful.

Arson (FELONY)

Principal - 60 months - $7000

Accomplice - 60 months - $7000

Description: Intentionally setting fire to property, causing damage or risk to others.

Points to Prove:

• Defendant intentionally set fire to property.
• The fire caused or could have caused damage.
